Event Floral Design Services

La Flor 54 offers custom floral design services for events, celebrations, and special occasions. All event florals are uniquely designed and tailored to each client’s vision, venue, and date. Because event florals require advance planning, sourcing, and perishable materials, the following policies apply.

Booking & Retainer

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and begin the design process.

The retainer reserves the date on our calendar and covers consultation time, design planning, sourcing of materials, and preparation.

Event dates are not considered booked until the retainer is received.

Design Substitutions

Seasonal availability and market conditions may require minor substitutions. Any substitutions will be made with equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design style and aesthetic.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a retainer payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all design service policies outlined above.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, La Flor 54 may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future event. Credits are not guaranteed and are not equivalent to a refund.
