Welcome to La Flor 54, a lifestyle shop offering elegant floral arrangements and exclusive branded apparel. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Floral arrangements are pickup by appointment only located at 14568 Old Hwy 59, Splendora, TX 77372.

Ordering:

  • All orders must be placed online through our website or by emailing us at support@laflor54.com. We do not accept orders by phone. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

  • We accept payment by credit card or PayPal.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed.

Product Quality:

  • Our flowers are fresh and of the highest quality. However, as with all fresh flowers, the longevity of the arrangement may vary due to factors such as care and handling, environmental conditions, and the natural life cycle of the flowers. We do our best to ensure as much longevity as possible for our arrangements.
  • Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at support@laflor54.com immediately so that we can address the issue.

Substitutions:

  • In the event that certain flowers or other items are not available, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Any substitutions will be of similar style and color scheme, and we will do our best to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Returns and Cancellations:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Limitation of Liability:

  • We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
